1). Front Desk/Admin Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:

  • Welcoming and directing guests to their respective destinations.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mails through register on Excel Sheet.
  • Strict compliance with office administration budget.
  • Purchasing and documentation of store items.
  • Distribution of store items and preparation of store reports.
  • General maintenance and repair of assets and faulty equipment.
  • Maintenance of clean and hygienic office environment and Supervision of housekeepers on daily cleaning.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning schedule.
  • Supervision of cleaning schedule.
  • Distribution of uniforms to sites.
  • Managing the purchase of Diesel in the head office.
  • Responsible for coordinating knowledge champion officer/ coordination of Knowledge Sharing Session for other site (to work with knowledge champions for other sites)
  • Coordinate itineraries and scheduled appointments for Genesis Cinemas Staff Members
  • Processing and issuance of ID cards to new team members within 48 hours of commencing work.
  • Monitoring and submission of weekly attendance report for all sites
  • Preparation and administration of official Memos
  • Any other duty designated by the HR Advisor/Manager.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.

2). Graphic Designer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned.
  • Plan design concepts for still images and videos by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Contribute to the team’s efforts positively by accomplishing tasks as needed to achieve company goals.
  • Gain an understanding of what the company wants its proposed communications to look like and create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations,
  • Company logos, brochures, websites, and other communication materials to reflect the desired theme and tone of communications with software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Aftereffect, Adobe Premiere Proetc.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing samples whilst selecting appropriate type, size and style on creatives to enhance the readability of text and images.
  • Produce draft designs for management review based on an agreed brief and make revisions based on the feedback received.
  • Review final design layouts of scheduled works / creatives and suggest improvements if required.
  • Review final design productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect management’s specifications.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
