1). Trust Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • Responsible and cordinates the organizations
  • activities in Lagos/SouthWest, and be able to independently broker trustee transactions

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3-5 years as aTrust Offcer in aTrustee Company
  • First Degree in Law from a reputable Nigerian University.
  • Must have been involved in drafting of commercial transaction and documents with clear understanding duties of Trustees
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years post NYSC experience

2). Head, Trust Services

Requirements

  • Minimum of First Degree in Law from a reputablen university
  • Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar
  • 8-10 years experience in the trstee sector in Nigeria,with minimum of 2years at managerial level

3). Compliance Officer

  • Oversees all Compliance responsibilities within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or any related courses.
  • ACA, LLM (an advantage)
