1). Project Design Lead

Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the design phase of various projects within the organization’s asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with company’s objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead the design phase of upstream oil & gas projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain design integrity and consistency across projects, adhering to company’s standards and industry benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering) or a relevant field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project design and engineering, with a focus on upstream oil & gas assets.
- Technical expertise in upstream oil & gas project design, including facility layout, equipment selection, and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of upstream oil & gas operations, including drilling, production, and reservoir engineering principles.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
- Proficiency in engineering design principles, including fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material science.

- Support in identifying, maintaining, and developing relationships and building data related partnerships with local authorities/governmental bodies and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct primary and secondary research on data build sources and enrichment for assigned markets.
- Proactively support in building and enhancing data coverage.
Requirements
