1). AMI Administrator

Job Description
- This job role configures and integrates meters into the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System and ensures all data from the meters are analyzed to provide visibility for business decision.
Job Responsibilities
- Configuration and integration of LVMD Meters into the AMI System.
- Carry out on-site configuration of offline installed DT Meters in the Business Hubs, ensure meters are online, and can remotely be read from the AMI System.
- Update AMI System with the Meter information and maintain high-quality data upload into the system.
- Analyze load profile data of installed Distribution Transformer Meters and escalate identified power quality anomaly to the Technical Department for maintenance and power grid improvement.
- Provide monthly and on-demand energy consumption report to relevant stakeholders to guide the business on revenue collection and monthly energy billing.
- Report any fraud event captured by the AMI System on installed Meters to the Asset and Revenue Protection department for proper investigation and monitoring.
- Ensure Meters are properly converted from manufacturing default supply group code (SGC) into IBEDC vending code to allow the successful loading of tokens generated from the IBEDC vending application.
- Provide technical support for Meters on token loading issues.
- Liaise with the Business Hubs Meter Standard Field Officers and provide second-level support.
- Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by Lead, AMI Administrator.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or any similar area of study.
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in Technology, Engineering or Communication systems.

2). DT Manager

Job Description
- This job role coordinates the operational activities of the Service Center to align with the corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops, builds and manages IBEDC’s Customer Accounts.
- Identifies and set up new customers within the Service Center coverage area in line with IBEDC policies.
- Identifies and implements business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Devises and implement strategies to manage relationship with customers.
- Manage and escalate unresolved customer complaints relating to Meter reading, Billing, Payments and Service Irregularities.
- Ensures the implementation of IBEDC’s customer services policies.
- Monitor market trends and provides insights on customer needs and innovative ways for service delivery.
- Handles the maintenance of Customers Account Information and performance analysis for Business Hub Manager’s analytics of retails collection.
- Plan and track Cash Collection to ensure achievement of daily required run rate and other administrative duties.
- Supports the HRBP to create a harmonious work environment, mentor staff and motivates all team members to perform efficiently.
- Perform other sundry assignments as directed by the BHM.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or Engineering Field.
- A postgraduate professional certificate in relevant field. (Added advantage).
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
- At least 3 years post qualification experience.
