Job Description

  • The Waiter is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and contributing to the success of the establishment.
  • Servers are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately, catering to guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Offer menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
