1). Legal and Compliance Officer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities:

  • Support to provide analysis on legal and policy issues
  • Support in co ordinating the writing and updating of processes, procedures and other guides relating to operations
  • Review contracts, legal related documents, internal policies and ensure they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements

Requirements:

  • A degree in Law and a relevant professional certification is an advantage.
  • Must have a minimum of Four (4) years post call legal experience out of which minimum of twelve (12) months in a financial institution.

2). Product Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR consultants, IT professionals, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the software developers to ensure products are delivered.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture best practices.
  • Lead the creation and development of solid brand strategies to grow brand market share, volume/value, and profitability.
  • Drive product development by analysing the company’s resources and technological assets to develop the required product line.
  • Develop a product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the ICT, consulting, and telecommunications industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving software development, IT infrastructure, or other technical components.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

3). Accountant

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries as needed.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • ICAN/ACA Certification
  • 1- 2 years proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
