1). HR and Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop HR financial plan and budget, ensure the management of cost and resources
  • Manage HR function for the Group by coordinating all HR activities including Talent acquisition, Career management, Learning and development, Performance management, Policy Implementation and Staff Welfare
  • Provide strategic insight and support on human resources matters in assigned companies to aid business decision, identify related risks; develop and deploy mitigating strategies
  • Support Management in defining departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPI); track and monitor KPIs and deploy appropriate interventions
  • Work with management to address employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Drive capability building, learning, and development to address capability gaps and promote learning culture.
  • Work with Group Head HR to build and strengthen staff competencies through appropriate learning and development interventions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field.
  • 4-5 years of work experience in a Group Structure
  • Solid understanding of labour legislation
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies (CIPM, CIPD)
  • Good Negotiation, Leadership skills and Networking skill
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Great organizational and team player skills
  • Must be Lagos-based (MANDATORY)

2). Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description;

  • Promoting the company’s brand image and introducing the company’s product to the market in line with achieving set targets.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s sales/marketing goals.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending industry conferences and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks in line with achieving sales/marketing objectives for the company.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Scheduling site inspections and booking sales appointment meetings with prospects.
  • Ensuring effective follow-up for timely settlement of all payments due to the company.
  • Assisting unit head in coordinating sales and marketing events.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Profiling prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Ensuring that all leads generated (Online and offline) are properly documented, followed up, and reported in line with achieving sales closure.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification or its equivalent.
  • 2 years work experience working in real estate and financial industry.
  • Applicant must resides within lekki to awoyaya.
  • Applicant should have proven track records of hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Applicant should have experience selling luxury homes
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft package

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary – 150k net
  • Commission on sales

3). Senior Project Manager

Job Description

  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
  • Directing a multi-disciplinary team
  • Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way
  • Overseeing several projects at the same time
  • Ensuring that each stage of projects happens on time, on budget and to a high standard quality
  • Reporting regularly on progress to the clients and stakeholders
  • Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in line with the reporting policies to management
  • Coordinating market and customer research
  • Resolving any issues or delays on project sites
  • Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
  • Writing bids for tender
  • Managing several projects simultaneously with the support of junior project managers/ site supervisors

Requirements

  • Masters / BSc Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Technology or Construction Management from a recognised Institution
  • 5-10 years working experience post NYSC in construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
  • Excellent conversations/reporting skills
  • Conflict and crisis management
  • Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must be Lagos based

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary – 350k – 400k + other benefits
