1). Audit Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • The preferred candidate will provide strategic direction and effective oversight on the internal audit function and report to the Head, IC&C and his/ her duties will include:
  • Develop the internal audit annual work plan for approval by Head IC&C
  • Implement the approved annual work plan in a flexible manner to ensure that internal work dynamically addresses enterprise risks
  • Mentor and motivate the internal audit team
  • Conduct and/or provide guidance in fraud investigations
  • Provide internal audit support to subsidiaries
  • Ensure that operations in various departments are conducted in compliance with the laid down policy, procedure, work instructions and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field from a recognized university.
  • A Master’s Degree in Forensic Accounting or risk management would be an added advantage.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting ICAN or ACCA
  • Professional qualification in Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an added advantage
  • 5 – 7 years experience in internal audit and accounting function
  • Working Knowledge of windows environment, and enterprise resources planning (ERP) tools.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with knowledge of use of computer Aided Audit tools (CAATS)
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of the internal audit process, internal controls and risk assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prepare timely, constructive and actionable audit and risk assessment reports.

2). Regulatory Affairs Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
  • The RAO will be responsible for all external and internal regulatory compliance for the business.

Duties

  • Ensure that all Regulatory Certifications and Operational Permits and Licenses for the Premises, Warehouse and Superintendent Pharmacist are in place.
  • Achieve all product Marketing Authorization filing and prompt renewal for both locally manufactured and imported vaccines, as well as for 3rd Party products.
  • Ensure that all product and manufacturing process variations are promptly filed, and approvals obtained from NAFDAC.
  • Obtain import permits, endorsements, and prompt removal of hold labels for imported products.
  • Achieve zero incidences of Non-Compliance and Non-Conformance that may lead to fines and penalties.
  • Maintain an updated register of relevant KOL at the respective Regulatory Institutions.
  • Any other relevant duties as may be communicated from time to time

3). Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
  • The SMO will be responsible for developing and implementing Marketing and Sales plans to ensure that the company’s objectives are met.

Duties

  • Reporting to the Electrical Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for all Electrical / Electronic systems in the plant.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all electrical control systems and utilities. Ensure all electrical installations meet required safety standards.
