1). Operations Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations, logistics, or procurement.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management.
