Job Description / Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve productivity.
- Managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management.
