1). Application Group Specialist
Location: Agbara Factory, Agbara – Ogun

Position Summary
We are currently looking for an Application Group Specialist to provide expertise and support to the factory within the framework given by the CTAG and in line with local and business priorities:
- Introduce New (IN):
- Renovate & customize products.
- Support ideation & Consumer Insight work.
- Provide expert support during Industrialization.
- Operate Existing (OE):
- Support implementation of Manufacturing Standards
- Implement Category Competencies into the factory.
- Provide Expert Support.
- Perform local recipe and material management activities for the category and factory function.
A day in the life of the Application Group Specialist
IN: Renovates and Customizes Products:
- Customize and localize recipe and packaging design, detail raw materials and packaging specifications.
- Leads Renovation and Customization projects (including renovation for cost improvement) and identifies optimization opportunities.
- Collects Manufacturing feedback on design to be provided to TCU/CTAG after each deployment.
- Performs or supports local Raw Material & Packaging Materials Harmonization.
IN: Provides expert support during Industrialization:
- Supports the “Deploy” of new products and technologies aligned with business priorities.
- Provides technical expertise and local business insight to project team.
- Ensures deliverables and approvals according to Idea-to-Launch flow.
OE: Deploys standards into factory:
- Supports implementation of manufacturing standards with expertise
- Collects feedback to be provided to the TCU/CTAG regarding standard effectiveness (adherence and results)
- Identifies opportunities for standardization in the factories.
OE: Category Competency building in the supported Factory:
- Performs product and process competency building for the Factory team.
- Provides feedback to TCU/CTAG on the competency building training material.
- Supports knowledge transfer between AG and the R&D community.
- Contributes actively to the product and process specialist network in the category.
OE: Provides Expert Support to the Factory team:
- Provides first line expert support to the Factory.
- Participates in improvement activities and projects (e.g. Process optimization Team, Performance Acceleration Team) or locally governed cost improvement initiatives.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Food Science / Technology or related Sciences.
- Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control and Production.
- Operational experience in Innovation & Renovation
- Food industry experience in one or multiple categories of products
- Project Management experience
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.

2). Production Planner

Position Summary
- We are currently looking for a Production Planner to consistently provide short-term/finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/labor) and materials.
A day in the life of the Production Planner:
- Creating feasible production plans within the Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS) period that meet the market demand, taking into consideration available capacity, labor, materials, inventory policy and product family sequencing; thereby optimizing the factory’s ability to produce the SKUs within the families.
- Identification of possible opportunities and practical issues (plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity, etcetera) within the DPS period.
- Providing advance information on labor and resource requirements within the DPS period.
- Providing daily production and material status updates for management decision.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics.
- 0 – 3 years’ relevant experience in at least one of the following Supply Chain functions – Demand and Supply Planning, Detailed Production Scheduling system, Distribution Requirement Planning, Raw & Packaging Material Requirement Planning, etc.
- Excellent proficiency level in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Working knowledge of Power BI and SAP is added advantage.

Position Summary
- Nestlé Nigeria is currently requesting for applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Storekeeper, at our Flowergate Factory, Sagamu, Ogun State.
A day in the life of a Storekeeper:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
- Properly store goods in designated locations, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal requests for goods and materials.
- Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform regular inspections of storage equipment and facilities.
- Identify and report any issues or concerns related to inventory or storage operations.
