1). Dotnet Developer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Articulation of Deployment Procedure Documents.
- Deployment & Integration of Developed or Packaged Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support (bug fixing, functional extensions or documentation) for deployed Solutions.
- Participates in and provide input into the design, redesign and development of technology products and applications.
- Ability to complete modules / Sprints with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in relevant studies.
- 3 – 4 years experience as a .Net Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).

2). Reconciliation & Settlement Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provides settlement of transactions routed through various payments platforms.
- Provides resolution on all disputes arising from cards and mobile payment platforms.
- Escalates exceptions to the switch and other vendors or third parties for resolution
- Attends to customer and merchant disputes and ensure prompt resolution.
- Process and settlement of transactions initiated from account/wallet transfers, debit or credit cards and USSD and other modes across various platforms.
- Process local and international chargeback on behalf of banks as their acquirer or issuer processor for disputed transactions, in line with card scheme rules.
- Process partner banks chargeback as a co-acquirer.
- Process POS /WEB disputed transactions routed through other processors.
- Respond to re-opened claim request by the issuer, after proper investigation.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in related field.
- 2 -4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites such as Excel.
