1). Internal Control Officer

Job Role
- The primary purpose of this role is to provide operational support for the Lifeline Asset Finance (LAF) activities of the Bank.
- The LAF Operations Associate ensures that all operational activities for LAF partners and riders are carried out efficiently with a high level of professionalism and superior customer service.
- Engaging LAF Partner representatives and officers on LAF related matters
- Conduct riders pre-screening and on-boarding exercises
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on all matters involving LAF riders and ensure speedy resolution to service issues.
- Conducts daily monitoring and tracking of the motorcycles assigned to LAF Partners/Riders
- Pversee daily operational activities of the riders and partner related matters
- Responsible for Bike recovery in the event of payment default by riders.
- Follow up with service centres for quick repairs and servicing of bikes
- Engage all third-party service providers for Asset insurance, tracking and registration processing.
- Act as the first point of call in providing operational support for the LAF riders
- Escalate to the COO all issues which requires management decision and Authorization
- Monitor and assess operational risk exposures, events, business and IT incidents to ensure such cases are appropriately escalated.
- Support the business in development and implementation of appropriate risk controls to mitigate such incidents.
- Embedding an appropriate risk culture.
- Internal controls function tominimize risks and protect assets, ensure accuracy of records, promote operational efficiency, and encourage adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
- Identify the risks that a business faces and develop preventive strategies.
- Reviewing of SOP from time to time.
- Provide training on policy and controls.
- Review Vendor creation, Customer Creation (Agreements), and Credit setting for customers.
- Review Capex project briefs and compliance with procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or any related field.
- 2-3 years experience in risk and internal control.
- Certification in MCIB is a plus.

2). Finance Officer

Job Role
- At Prodigy MFB, the finance officer is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization.
- The position manages the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transaction is conducted legally and ethically.
- Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Contribute to financial audits. Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Review and implement financial policies
- Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
- Conduct daily review of General Ledgers

Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 Years relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Excel;

4). Operations Officer

Job Description
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other reports, to ensure the bank is operating efficiently
- Reviewing budgets to determine if expenditures are appropriate and staying within legal limits
- Reviewing loan applications to assess a customer’s creditworthiness or reviewing commercial loan applications to determine if they meet lending guidelines
- Managing the operations of a bank branch, including hiring and training employees, monitoring employee performance, handling customer complaints, and resolving conflicts between customers
- Monitoring interest rates and adjusting rates as needed to attract new deposits or retain existing ones
- Recommending changes to policies and procedures based on experience with similar situations in the past

- Manages a team responsible for the daily operational functions within Bank Operations Cash Services
- Conducting service reviews and hosting sub-custodian / correspondent bank visits
- Due diligence on sub-custodian and correspondent banks for RFPs, transitions & market openings
- Ensuring RFI/RFP/SLA MIS requirements are supported without impacting delivery.(These critical documents ensure the correct agent service provider is selected and performs as expected)
- Supporting management of agent bank transitions and the Global Nostro Cycle Change process
- Is responsible to foster relationships to provide awareness of channel and customer needs with key organizations outside of the Operations, Underwriting and Sales channels including but not limited to
- Solves complex, multi-faceted problems facing day-to-day operations
- Manage and coach Recruiters to ensure risk/controls are managed tightly
