1). Lead, Ticketing and Reservation

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel option.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
  • Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourists’ attractions and places of interest.
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Selling and promoting reservation services.
  • Promoting and travel packages.
  • Managing the various unit: visa, tours, digital marketing etc.
  • Manage credit card operations.
  • Providing advice about visas/tickets/passports
  • Overseeing the operations and teams at the agency.
  • Being able to answer questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules, making and confirming reservations.
  • Ability to calculate the expenses and sells ticket to passengers.
  • Use a booking system to secure ticket reservations, reschedule flights, process refunds and collect payments.

2). Commercial and Litigation Lawyer

Job Description

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, joint ventures, and licensing arrangements.
  • Advising on legal and regulatory compliance matters related to petrochemical operations, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and trade laws.
  • Identifying legal risks and implementing strategies to mitigate potential liabilities, including conducting legal due diligence for business transactions and providing risk assessment reports.
  • Managing litigation matters involving the company, including commercial disputes, contractual claims, regulatory enforcement actions, and other legal proceedings. This includes working closely with external counsel and representing the company in court proceedings when necessary.
  • Conducting legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulatory developments to provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Providing legal training and guidance to internal teams on legal issues affecting the business, including contract law, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • 7 – 15 years of experience practicing law in commercial transactions and litigation, preferably in the petrochemical industry or legal firms
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial regulations, and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct.
