1). Refinery Engineer
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Job Purpose:
- Manage plant efficiency and downtimes, equipment health (corrective and preventive maintenance) and Utilities optimization
- To assist coordinate material, personnel and machinery within the shift and other functional departments as per production & quality plan
- Drive Margin and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Reporting Relationships:
- Peer Relationships
- Attach organization chart showing manager and direct reports as well as peers
Principal Accountabilities:
- To guide all the production/shift leaders and operating staffs on the cost-effective, efficient and safe operation & maintenance of the plant (Ref, Dry Fract & Effluent) in accordance to SOP.
- To ensure the production targets are met and in line with the production plan.
- To prepare Production Reports and ensure proper reconciliation of all raw materials, products, processing chemicals and utilities.
- Ensure sufficient materials are available to meet the production targets and reduce level of wastes.
- To coordinate and ensure proper planning of labour, materials and machineries maintenance programme to achieve production requirements.
- Maintains factory cleanliness & orderliness at all times.
- To carry out continuous plant improvement program.
- To ensure compliance with relevant AIB, QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
- To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:
- B.Eng. in any discipline preferably Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years work experience in similar role within a multinational organization.

2). Packing Plant Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Job Description
- Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.
- Ensuring the effective management of production lines for the organization.
- Making sure of good quality production of products on time.
- Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high-standard production.
- Estimating production costs and establishing high quality standards.
- Monitoring the production practices and setting the schedules as required.
- Working out the material and human resources as needed.
- Taking decision regarding the operating unit’s layout, size and range of service or product to deliver and design and arrangement of work processes.
- Selecting and maintaining equipment, supervising product standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
- Develops operations and cost budgets for the entire department
- Working with other managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
- Keeping abreast of health and safety strategies.
- Maintaining good GMP practices
- Liaising with different departments such as suppliers, managers and so on to prevent any probable delay.

Qualification
- Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, materials technology, food science, business management, chemistry, logistics, industrial engineering, or process engineering.

3). Margarine Plant Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Personnel and plant management
- Runs materials mass balances
- Responsible for the timely daily plan execution
- Responsible to optimize the lines OEE
- Implement and maintain GMPs and TPM and other subscribed management systems
- Match targets to company targets
- Prepare management report (production, financial)
- Proposes production cost optimization
- Submit Viable MI proposals
- Submit and follow the budget
- Resources optimization
- Supervises stock taking
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in any discipline preferably Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering.

4). Treasury Manager

Responsibilities
- FX vendor settlements (Payments) and Reconciliations.
- Ensure that export proceeds are received into the Company’s domiciliary account and its utilization properly recorded.
- Bank reconciliation- Ensure that all ledger bank accounts are accurately and timely reconciled with bank statements.
- Ensure that all outstanding reconciliatory items are promptly reported for investigation so that cashbook balances at any point in time reflect the Group’s actual position on cash/overdraft balances.
- Check interest, bank fees and LC charges to ensure that they comply with the agreed rates with the banks and to apply for refund where over-charges are identified.
- Customer collection accounts monitoring and reporting.
- Escalate unresolved issues to immediate boss and any relevant authority for further investigation and resolution.
- Agree on realistic yet challenging objectives throughout the year with your direct boss whilst making sure that the objectives are SMART
- Complete as a minimum, periodic reviews of each your performance (bi-annual and monthly informal reviews) with your direct boss
- Regularly as for feedback on performance in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Accountancy, MBA (Financial Management)
- Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Technical/Professional Experience:
- 3 years minimum work experience
- Good knowledge of International Accounting Standard and S.A.S
- Good Knowledge of Group Accounting policies
- Good Cost Accounting knowledge

5). Channel Sales Manager
