1). Fleet Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor located in Lagos.
  • The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for supervising fleet operations, managing fleet maintenance of Bikes, Trucks & Vehicles, and ensuring effective communication between various departments.
  • The Fleet Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures related to fleet management are adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills and experience in leading and managing a team
  • Experience in fleet operations and fleet management
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to maintain fleet vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the food industry or logistics management would be beneficial

2). Financial Planning Analyst

Location: Lagos

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning Analyst based in Lagos.
  • This role will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organisation as well as developing and maintaining financial models, analysing financial results, creating financial reports and presentations, and providing guidance on financial planning and analysis matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support the organisation in the planning and analysis of financial results.
  • Analyse financial results and make recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Create financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the QSR organisation on financial planning and analysis matters.
  • Monitor and analyse financial trends and provide insights to the QSR organisation.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Support the company in meeting its financial goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
