1). Demand Planner
Location: Ijora, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare demand forecast (operation forecast) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of demand planning functions.
- Support annual business planning/monthly forecasting process by driving monthly volume and value forecasting.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models as well as forecast result evaluation.
- Coordinate cross functional research activities to reconcile significant variance and refine forecast models to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Regular reporting to the stakeholders and executive management of the demand plans and KPIs.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Utilize collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure updated information is used for demand planning.
- Provide input into supply planning function in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and phase outs (volume planning for latest estimates / annual process).
- Closely coordinate innovation project meetings and communicate action plans to supply the planning team.
- Constantly engage stakeholders to ensure alignment in lead times, inventory days, liquidation plans, and inventory ageing.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in relevant discipline.
- 3yrs+ experience in demand planning/forecasting/supply chain operation planning role.
- Sound/advance knowledge of Microsoft excels to analyze the demand planning and forecasting.

2). Treasury Executive
Location: Ijora, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all treasury-related inquiries
- Oversee cash management, investments, and banking relationships
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Negotiate favourable terms for credit lines and loans
- Monitor compliance with bank covenants and loan agreements
- Prepare monthly cash forecasts and manage short-term and long- term borrowing needs
- Invest idle cash in accordance with investment policies

3). Project Manager

Job Description
- The Project Manager responsible for the implementation of HQ coordinated plant projects to ensure timely completion and control the expenses within the budgeted cost.
- Responsible for the coordination with the various plants and departments to during the implementation of the project and conducts periodical review of the project status.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Safety first and following all the safety norms
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Understanding the technical requirements of each equipment including P& IDs
- Follow with Plant Team for any stoppage &any other project requirement.
- Following with Plant to fulfil any legal requirement.
- Understanding BOQs of Civil, Mechanical, Piping &Electrical
- Ensuring no deviation in the contracts signed by the vendors.
- Preparation of Gantt Chart in liasoning with all the selected vendors
- Ensuring no cost overshooting &if there is any risk, escalating to Project Head Immediately.
- Monitoring the risks continuously &planning mitigation plan in coordination with Project Head.
- Timely follow-up of procurement requirements.
- Timely follow-up payments for vendors.
- Daily update &Weekly reports to Project Head.
- Ensuring proper logistics for the site team in coordination with plant HR.
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company.
- Must know AutoCAD &MS Office. Should be able to do scheduling in MS Projects.
- Experienced in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment
- Must Possess PMP CERTIFICATION or similar
- Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning &implementation.

4). Distribution Manager
