1). Senior Manager Corporate Finance

About the job
- We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior corporate Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and fundraising, manage all aspects of corporate finance activities, and analyze financial data and reports.
Responsibilities
- Capacity to raise funds from local banks and international DFI’s
- Maintains general accounting, cost accounting, payables and receivables, and general ledger reconciliation through the team.
- Ensures appropriate cash flow to satisfy business demands by managing the company’s reporting, cash flow projections, and balance sheet items.
- Monitors the organization’s banking activity and maintains bank balances.
- Assign time-sensitive tasks to employees.
- Review financial-related contracts with the legal department.
- Maintain a follow-up system with customers and encourage referrals.
- Understand all of the company’s finance products and stay informed about the financial markets.
- Work under and with the CFO in the preparation and allocation of financial reports of the company.
- Advise departments with budgeting questions and needs.
- Oversee the regular company payments to ensure they are on time and of the correct amount.
- Review multiple reports on a weekly basis on the company’s financial expenditures by various departments.
- Craft policies regarding the financial spending for several lower-level departments.
Requirements
- 7+ years in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or any other financial services.
- Experience in investment banking, and corporate finance and raised over 1Billion-100Billion.
- Worked with an investment banking or private equity firm or related industry.
- Ability to manage and monitor the general company’s financial activities.
- Good team management skills.
- Ability to Manage budgets and develop financial plans to meet the company’s goals.
- Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships.
- Good knowledge of SAS, and IFRS policies.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel software

- We are seeking a senior legal practitioner to join our legal team to represent the company, offer legal secretarial advice, review contracts, prepare legal documents, ensure compliance, and liaise with other legal professionals.
