1). Internal Auditor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As our Internal Auditor you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and document risk-based audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop audit programs, testing methodologies, and sampling techniques to gather and analyze audit evidence objectively.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
  • Identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, and areas of risk, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, public accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of auditing standards, risk management frameworks, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant professional certification is preferred.

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 / Month.

2). Business Developer 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As our Business Developer, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective clients through your sales expertise and strategic mindset, you will open doors, penetrate target markets, and position our company as the partner of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our client base across key industry verticals and geographies and conduct market research, identify potential clients, and create a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts and articulate our value proposition, understand client needs, and position our services as the optimal solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and presentation materials to support the sales process and Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine our offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • HND / BSC in finance or any Related Field
  • 2- 4 years of proven success in a B2B sales or business development role, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex organizations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and tailor solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, such as CRM systems, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary

  • N200,000 – N250,000 monthly
