1). Account Officer
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Market products and services to customers and prospects.
- Identify/establish new customers relationships.
- Pay/regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them
- Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet anticipated needs.
- Sell the bank retail products and services.
- Implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Assist in preparing management reports.
- Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business.
- perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, or other Business related courses.
- At least 1 year of experience working As an Account Officer, Relationship Officer or similar roles.
- Excellent Customer Relationship development and management skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Adequate knowledge in Banking products.
- Knowledge of Basic banking operations (Domestic & International)
- Marketing and selling skills.
- Administrative Skills.
- Good communication/Interpersonal competencies.
- Proficiency in Data entry, Word Processing, spreadsheets & graphics).
- TQM.

2). Government/Economic Researcher
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Collecting and analyzing financial, political, and socioeconomic data
- Conducting surveys and utilizing various sampling techniques.
- Making use of historical records to analyze trends
- Analyzing MSMEs and related market trends.
- Advising on the efficacy of government policies, products, or services.
- Analyzing the economic impact of related laws regulations, and tools.
- Developing statistical and econometric tools for the needed economic forecasting.
- Developing cost-benefit analysis where applicable for proposed policies, laws, and regulations.
- Communicating data in the form of presentations, and technical reports.
- Contributing to publications or economic journals, periodicals, and international reports as agreed upon with management
Job Requirements
- Education Degree in Economics or other relevant fields.
- A Master’s Degree is preferable.
- At least 3 years of working experience (Economic and socioeconomic research and policies).
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Proven knowledge in both national and international related reports and studies is desired.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, report writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
