1). Digital Media Specialist/Media Buyer
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist / Media buyer to join our team. This is a full time, hybrid role.
- The Digital Media Specialist / Media buyer will be responsible for managing and executing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing media buying strategies and analysing data to ensure that campaigns are effective and provide maximum return on investment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying and campaign management
- Experience with media buying platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and Twitter Ads
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush is a plus.

2). Graphic Designer/Motion Designer
Location: Lagos
Summary
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the Blowfish Group Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- The Graphic Designer will be responsible to create Artwork for promotional materials – Video Ads, Flyers, Rollups, Banners, Store Branding, creating artwork for social media promotions, updating company profiles and portfolios, creating artwork for magazine Ads.

- Confident communication with colleagues and clients to understand their ideas and bring them to life
- Working alongside digital teams to help deliver cross-discipline projects
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience working in medium-large scale mixed discipline projects
- A commitment to high quality work and perfecting details
- A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach to projects
- Passion for photography and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years relevant work experience
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically In Design, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge in Video Editing & Animation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Proactive and reactive problem-solving.
