Videographer at Freeme Digital

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer/Graphics Designer at Freeme Digital Limited located in Lekki. The successful candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing video content, managing camera equipment, and overseeing lighting setups. They will work closely with the creative team to create visually engaging content.

• Study briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, concepts, graphics and layouts, including making
• decisions about fonts, images and readers’ needs by using provided skill set and software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic and video
• Create a graphical branding direction for each entity
• Create visually appealing video content that tell stories and align with the branding
• Assemble raw footage and cut them into one rough file
• Figure out the best angle a video needs and work with them
• Work with the marketing and content team to create final product
• Work well with feedback and is willing to amend designs
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
• Ensure final graphics and videos are visually appealing and on-brand
• Join in on marketing meetings and suggest creative measures to boost sales and visibility
• Stay up to date with design, video and software trends.
• Work with the team to ensure deadlines are met and final output is of the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Video Production, Shooting Video, and Camera Operation
• Ability to manage and maintain camera equipment
• Understanding of Lighting and how it impacts video content
• Strong knowledge of camera settings and composition techniques
• Experience in Graphics Design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Graphics Design or related field would be an added advantage.
