Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited, owners of Eatrite and Herfy franchises in Nigeria, is a food service company that owns chains of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) within Abuja and Kano.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Help receive, unload, count, and stock the warehouse’s physical goods.
• Pick things in accordance with the order form.
• Check items to make sure they are not faulty or damaged
• Keep the warehouse and work area organized at all times
• Wear the appropriate protective gear.
• Take all incoming materials, then compare them to the purchase orders.
• Track, record, and correct any errors in orders that have been received.
• Update records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns to ensure the facility’s inventory system is accurate.
• Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Requirements

• Minimum HND / BSc in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in store/inventory management within the hospitality sector preferably infast-food brands
• Knowledge of any ERP software is an added advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong numerical skills and ability to pay attention to details
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools e.g Excel, MS Word
• Must Reside in Abuja.
