Job Summary
- As a Wealth Management Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding a team of Independent Wealth Management Executives.
- This position requires a mid-level professional with a strong background in wealth management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team success.
- The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the team meets and exceeds client acquisition targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Active Client Acquisition:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Independent Wealth Management Executives to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
- Personally engage in client acquisition activities to contribute to team targets and lead by example.
- Demonstrate effective strategies in acquiring high-value clients, sharing insights with the team for educational purposes.
- Client Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Monitor and analyze team performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the team & client relationship management efforts, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Address escalated client issues and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of financial products, market trends, and wealth management strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure team members adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
- Mitigate potential risks associated with client activities and transactions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Line manager
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or any related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in wealth management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
- High ethical standards and integrity in all financial dealings, placing the client’s best interests at the forefront.
