Job Summary

  • As a Wealth Management Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding a team of Independent Wealth Management Executives.
  • This position requires a mid-level professional with a strong background in wealth management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team success.
  • The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the team meets and exceeds client acquisition targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Active Client Acquisition:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Independent Wealth Management Executives to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
  • Personally engage in client acquisition activities to contribute to team targets and lead by example.
  • Demonstrate effective strategies in acquiring high-value clients, sharing insights with the team for educational purposes.

Client Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies in collaboration with the team.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee the team & client relationship management efforts, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Address escalated client issues and collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of financial products, market trends, and wealth management strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure team members adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
  • Mitigate potential risks associated with client activities and transactions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or any related field.
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience in wealth management, with a track record of successful team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in all financial dealings, placing the clients best interests at the forefront.
