Job Description

• Carrying out Various Administrate ,Clerical and Finance Task.
• Inventory, Store and Asset Management
• Monthly filing and liasingwith relevant authorities and Auditors on statutory requirements.
• Record keeping and Accounting.
• Customer/Clients Management ( online, walk-in, External)
• Sales and Markerting
• Social Media Page Management.
• Logistics Management-Arraigning, scheduling Deliveries andpick ups
• Office back ups and Support for CEO.
• Supervision of the Office Assistant.
• Issuing Receipts to clients after payment
• Cordinating Office daily tasks and prioritizing them
• Presentation of Report ( cash and Bank) , scheduling meetings , manage incoming and outbound mails.
• Assist with Financial, Budgeting and Project Reporting to Management
• General office management
• Updating Accounting records, Preparing records and implementing policies
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the CEO
• Handling incoming calls,mails direct messages and other communication
• Coordinating Events
• Store organization, cleanliness and ambience

Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
• Planning and Organisation, Time Management. Soft IT skills( google meets, google drive and other adm tools). Book keeping / Accounting.
