Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
Office Management:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update organizational records and databases.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Schedule and organize conferences and travel arrangements.
- Human Resources Support
Financial Administration:
- Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.
Policy Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and updating administrative policies.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve administrative issues or concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and team members.
Project Assistance:
- Support various projects by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
