Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Office Management:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Communication:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and update organizational records and databases.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Schedule and organize conferences and travel arrangements.
  • Human Resources Support

Financial Administration:

  • Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.

Policy Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and updating administrative policies.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve administrative issues or concerns.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Team Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and team members.

Project Assistance:

  • Support various projects by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
