Job Summary

• Our Company is seeking to hire experienced Business Development / Marketing Personnel to establish and maintain strong business relationships with Agents, and distributors, facilitate bulk purchases of our products from organizations/entities, and explore new business opportunities in the FinTech / Finance industry.
• The Business Development / Marketing Officer will be responsible for implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with vendors and external partners in accordance with the company’s business objective, strategic goals, and strategies.
• Achieve all revenue goals for assigned coverage area by developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, agents, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• New Agent sign up /Partners, new business opportunities, bulk purchase businesses and constantly drivinggrowth in the FinTech business
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts
• Expand the agency network to effectively reach all customers under area of coverage.
• Raise brand awareness through broader channels of distribution as well as negotiating key floor space and new locations with existing partners
• Develop a growth strategy for the assigned market focused on both financial growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, competitive landscape and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective agents
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to agents/partners

Education and Experience

• Bachelor / HND Degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years of proven dynamic business experience(in a related business e.g bill payment collection company)
• Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Decision-making skills
• Market knowledge
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
