Title: Call Agent (Ghana/Twi Speaker)

About the Role

  • We are searching for a passionate and articulate Call Centre Agent to join our growing team.
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Ghana through phone calls and potentially other communication channels.
  • Fluency in Twi is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls in Twi, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions according to company guidelines.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each interaction.
  • Utilize internal systems and software to document customer interactions and track progress.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling time, call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree / HND / NCE / OND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
  • Fluency in Twi and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
