Main Purpose of Position
- We seek a Client Experience Intern to play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive and memorable experience.
- The Intern will also work closely with our Client Services team and gain exposure to various aspects of client relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist in providing exceptional support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with the Client Services team to communicate important updates, product information, and promotions to clients through various channels, including email and phone.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the client experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all interactions and communications are properly documented in our CRM system.
- Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
- Assist in Events: Participate in the planning and execution of client events or webinars.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
- Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
