Job Description

  • A client acquisition specialist is someone who assists in lead generation activities which also entails sourcing, engaging and conversion of prospective clients with the aim to buy or sell properties.
  • The main responsibilities of include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.

Job Responsibilities

  • Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
  • Guiding clients through the investing, buying, and selling process
  • Organizing and booking property showings when needed
  • Ordering, preparing, and finalizing marketing material
  • Providing new listings with social media promotion to help increase exposure
  • Inputting information into a CRM system
  • Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
  • Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market

Requirements

  • ONDHND/BSc in estate management, marketing or any relevant field
  • At least 3 – 10 years proven experience in client sourcing, engagement and conversion in real estate or insurance sector.
  • Must be a target driven individual
  • Must have the ability to build rapport with all kinds of people
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Accurate report writing skill

Salary and Benefits

  • 100,000 monthly
  • Commission on sales and other welfare packages.
