Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dentist with 4-7 years of experience to join our team at Smile360.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality dental care and possess the expertise to handle a wide range of dental procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
- Create tailored treatment plans and provide exceptional dental care to patients.
- Administer various dental procedures including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and emergency treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Dental Medicine or Surgery from an accredited Institution.
- Valid dental license.
- 4 7 years of experience practicing as a Dentist in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized care to every patient.
- Willingness to mentor and supervise junior dental staff as needed.
