Title: Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers.
- You will engage with potential clients, build rapport, and close sales to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding customer base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in Banking or Fintech Company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent.
