Job Description
Schedule Management:
- Manage calendars for executives, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring executives are aware of important communications.
Transaction and Client Support:
- Assist with preparing documents for property sales or leases.
- Manage communication with clients regarding appointments, showings, and lease agreements.
- Maintain property files and records.
Administrative Tasks:
- Organize travel arrangements for the CEO or Clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Prepare presentations or reports as needed.Draft and send routine emails or letters.
- Research market trends or competitor activity.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms word and Office suite.
Salary
- N80,000 per month.
