Job Description
- We require the services of an experienced Executive Assistant who will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and supporting our client’s organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Requirements
- MBA with strong Financial Management background.
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience.
- Must be between 25 and 40 years old.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, clarity in communication and relevant IT skills.
- Ability to work with very little supervision.
