Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO.
  • This pivotal role will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Assist with project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage and reconcile the CEO’s expenses
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks as required
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle urgent matters
  • Startup experience is advantageous.
