Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Schedule meetings and arrange conferences
- Handle information requests.
- Prepare, respond, and follow up on correspondences.
- Prepare statistical reports of activities.
- Handle the safe keeping of files and documents.
- Manage spreadsheets of client’s data and information.
- Follow up on Clients who are debtors.
- Updating Clients Records and Details from time to time.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle them accordingly and timely.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Help prepare office budget.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
