Job Title: Finance Business Partner (Finance BP)

Job Summary
- The Finance Business Partner (Finance BP) is a strategic role responsible for providing financial insights and guidance to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance.
- The Finance BP will collaborate with various departments, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring alignment between financial strategies and organizational goals.
- This role requires a proactive leader with a strong financial acumen, business insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies that align with CIG Motors’ overall objectives.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across key business functions. - Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide business planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and resource allocation.
- Support the implementation of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while providing actionable recommendations, to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to foster a culture of financial accountability and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a similar role, ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Oracle), and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
