Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer located in Lagos.
- The Finance Officer will be responsible for performing financial reporting, analysing financial statements, and providing financial advice to the management team.
- The Finance Officer will also be responsible for communication with the bank’s stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a finance role
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with financial software
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the microfinance industry is a plus.
