Title: Front Desk Officer (Entry – Level)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Maintain records and files.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
- This role is open to both Entry level and experienced hands.
Requirements
- SSCE or B.Sc
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Yoruba
- Good customer service skills
- A resident in Ogudu, Ikeja or close environs.
Salary
Monthly Gross- N45,000.
