Location: Victoria Island/Adeola Hopewell – Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, and respect for confidentiality and discretion.
  • Verify guests’ identification and issue visitor tags.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious persons or activities within the reception area.
  • Use consecutive numbering to identify the sequential order of files, documents, and correspondence pages.
  • Be punctual to work.
  • Follow up with the dispatch rider on correspondence to prevent loss.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the availability of water for a welcoming environment.
  • Facilitate easy entry and exit for staff at the access entrance.
  • Provide magazines and newspapers for guests.
  • Assist with deposit mobilization.
  • Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by the head of the department.
