Job Description

• As a Gift Shop Concierge at Blazonshots, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting our clients in curating the perfect set of gift items from our extensive collection.
• You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ preferences, providing expert advice on gift selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via various communication channels to understand their gifting needs and preferences.
• Offer personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their budget, occasion, and recipient preferences.
• Assist customers in navigating our online platform, providing product demonstrations, and answering queries related to gift items, pricing, and delivery options.
• Collaborate with our product team to stay updated on the latest inventory, trends, and promotions.
• Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of gift items to customers.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for gift-giving and a creative flair for curating unique and memorable gift sets.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.

Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
