1). Online and Media Associate (Female)

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation.
  • Make daily posts on instagram, twitter and tiktok.
  • Manage all social media accounts of the company.
  • Analyz data sent in from all stores weekly to determine their best/least selling products.
  • Making instructional videos.
  • Research new trends to keep up with competitors.
  • cordinate / manage the supply of catalogues and flyers with the operations department.
  • Manage all Videography and photography deliverable.
  • Perform other additional duties.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for staying informed about the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and social media.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client a skincare brand. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to various departments, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including but not limited to marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Manage and organize documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of office and skincare supplies.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements
