Pack ‘N’ Pay was developed as a product that would use technology to solve challenges for retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially began operations on January 18th, 2021, and debuted its ecommerce website on March 1st, 2021.

Job Description

As a customer service officer, your duties include:

• Answering questions about the company’s products or services via phone, email, and in person.
• Direct customers to online resources.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Responding to customers’ reviews.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in sensitive situations.
• Update customer records in the system
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
• Develop a rapport with customers.
• Concluding sales for online customers.
• Checking product availability.
• Setting up accounts for new customers
• Booking of Orders
• Processing of orders

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics or Business Administration
• 0 – 1 year relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a corper serving in Port Harcourt
• Young, smart and vibrant
