Job Summary
- Our client is an innovative and growing organization, seeking a motivated and technically proficient Graduate IT Officer to support our IT department.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in IT. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and contributing to various IT projects
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Help manage and monitor network and system performance.
- Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset management records.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in and Intern or IT position is an addvantage
- Knowledge of basic IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
- Must be IT savvy, with a strong emphasis on demonstrated expertise in Microsoft applications, graphics, and presentation skills. The use of Apple platforms/devices is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good in networking and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must stay close to the location
- Not more than 30 years old as at the time of application.
