Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Control department as a Trainee.
- The Quality Control Trainee will work closely with senior members of the Quality Control team to learn and execute quality control procedures and ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing quality control inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products/services to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Learn and understand quality control procedures, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Participate in the documentation and analysis of quality control data, including non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, and quality metrics.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Procurement, to address quality-related concerns and drive quality improvement efforts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Bio-Chemistry or related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn.
