Title: HR/Admin Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Drive effective performance management/quarterly KPI and performance review.
- Recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition…..selection of best to fit culture and meet the organisation needs.
- People management, coaching, counselling, initiating disciplinary matrix
- Payroll administration
- Coordinate, discipline, leave roasters, staff final entitlement and renewal of appointment letters as at when due.
- Administer compensation, employee recognition scheme that drive job satisfaction, productivity and retention.
- Annual training calendar, learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring work compliance policies are strictly adhered to
- Investigate issues, resolve promptly to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. organise team building activities.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire, succession plans and employee turnover rates
- Ensure proper employee documents, correspondences are filed.(Hard and soft copies)
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour regulations.
- Coordinate the day-to-day general administrative duties
- Management of Company Phone lines and correspondence.
Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years+ experience as HR Manager, Senior management executive
- HR certification a plus (CIPM, CIPD,PHRI,NHRP, etc)
- Strong Leadership skills
- Make sound and independent decisions
- Experience in HR software applications
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Salary
- N200,000 – 250,000 / month.
- HMO, Pension, Leave allowance.
