Job Description

  • Now, due to the needs of market expansion, the company needs to recruit talents for various positions such as administration, human resources, financial business assistants, sales personnel, warehouse management, security personnel, and cleaning personnel.
  • Among the core positions, we hope that candidates have a college degree or above, must work full-time, and must speak English clearly and not have too strong an accent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent in the solar industry, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates and nurturing relationships over time.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, providing them with the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in the gaming or betting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary

  • N1,000,000 – N5,000,000 / month.
