We are seeking a qualified and experienced IELTS Online Instructor to deliver engaging and effective lessons to students preparing for the IELTS exam. This remote role requires expertise in IELTS exam preparation, content creation, and online teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective IELTS lessons tailored to student needs, covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
• Record, edit, and upload instructional content to the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Administer practice tests, mock exams, and assessments to track progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam format, materials, and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practices.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses.
• In-depth knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring system, and assessment criteria.
• Proficiency in recording, editing, and uploading content to an LMS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a clear, understandable accent.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and consistent power supply.

Desirable:

• A distinct British or native English speaker’s accent.
• Experience teaching in multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to teach other ESL courses, such as General or Business English.
• Strong business and enterprise acumen.
