ReelFruit’s had its humble beginnings in a small apartment in Surulere, Lagos. In 2012, our founder birthed the idea of a new snack company; A first-of-its-kind that would offer dried fruit snacks, made in Nigeria but sold to the world.
1). Sales Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash transactions and records.
- Organize and facilitate sales meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Manage order placements and the CRM software operations
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports.
- Co-ordinate and execute bank runs (regions only).
- Manage all sales logistics operations with directives from the administrative department.
- Manage other related sales administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. /B. A in Business Administration or any relevant field
- At least 1 year experience and adept in technology; have a decent knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software and skills necessary to perform data entry; familiar with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems/software.
- Should be organized and able to multitask and use initiative when needed.
- Should be attentive to detail, proactive, and should be able to initiate or suggest best practices to support the sales team.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be teachable and be able to follow directives.
- Self-motivated, fast-paced, and a problem solver.

2). Brand & Communication Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Brand & Communication Lead in overseeing the department’s operation
- Source and manage customer experience platforms (events, fairs) to deliver differentiated brand experiences that build customer loyalty.
- See all activities/projects through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics that are data-centric
- Prepare and manage content creation schedule and support the team in content creation, marketing, and other creative efforts.
- Proffer through-the-line marketing platforms/initiatives to promote product offerings as well as reach consumers
- Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms
Educational Qualification/Requirement
- Proven experience as a Brand and Communication Officer or in a similar role for at least three years.
- Strong knowledge of brand-building techniques and marketing principles
- Proficiency in content creation, social media marketing, and management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative brand storytelling and critical thinking skills
