1). Technical Construction Superintendent
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Technical Construction Superintendent oversees the technical execution of construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- This role provides hands-on supervision, coordinates with multiple teams, and serves as the technical authority for site construction processes and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or related field.
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of construction experience in the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, procedures, standards, and codes (e.g. ISO).
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction documents.
- Coordinates Foremen, Supervisors, Subcontractors, Field Engineers.
- Sound knowledge of safety practices and field-based risk mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic site environment.

2). Pipeline Hot Tap/Line Stop Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- The Pipeline Hot Tap / Line Stop Specialist is responsible for executing and supervising hot tapping and line stopping activities on live pipelines as part of pipeline modification, tie-in, or repair works within EPCI projects.
- This role ensures the safe, precise, and timely execution of intervention operations while adhering to all industry codes and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years practical field experience with at least 3 years in live pipeline hot tapping and line stopping.
- Hands-on experience with hot tapping equipment (E4, E320, E1 448).
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, codes, and standards. (ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.8, API 2201).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability in high-pressure live system environments. Oil & Gas industry experience is important.
